Today, the United States has crossed the line of 18,000 cases and now we are too close to
overtaking Iran in the number of people infected with Coronavirus.
Most of these cases are concentrated in New York State, as this moment New York City crossing the 7,000 confirmed cases so far.
The COVID-19 pandemic requires sufficient public funding to ensure a comprehensive response. Re-prioritizing public spending toward bolstering the economy and the health system requires timely action from government leaders.
